Refund policy


We gladly accept returns and exchanges:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to obtain a return/exchange authorization
Ship item/s back within 14 days of delivery
Because of the nature of these items, we do not accept returns for custom or personalized orders

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and will receive a full refund upon receiving the item back in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
